The smallest possible common denominator of separate fractions
Mixed number
A number made up of both an integer and a fraction
Cancellation
Reducing the numerators or denominators of fractions that are being multiplied, by dividing by a common factor.
Reciprocal
the inverse of a number
Decimal
A fraction expressed as a number to the right of the decimal point
Repeating decimal
A decimal that repeats a patter of numbers to infinity
