Identity Matrix
A square matrix with ones on the diagonal and zeros elsewhere else. Multipying by this will leave the matrix un-changed
Matrix Addition
The prosses of adding two matricies. Done with each number (eg. a11 + b11 = c11)
Matrix Subtraction
The prosses of subracting two matricies. Done with each number (eg. a11 - b11 = c11)
Matrix Multiplication
Multiply rows of the first matrix by columns of the second matrix. Example:
Row Matrix
A matrix with only one row.
Column Matrix
A matrix with only one column.
Square Matrix
A matrix with equal rows and columns.
Zero Matrix
A matrix with only zeros.
Matrix Scalar
Multiplying a matrix by a whole number. Example:
Route Matrix
Shows the number of conections between spesific points. Example:
If a matrix has 5 rows and 3 collumns it is a 5 x 3 matrix
This matrix has 2 rows|4 collumns and 4 collumns|2 rows.
