What is a potential divider?
A circuit with resistors that spilt the voltage in the desired way.
What is the output range of a potential divider?
Between 0V0V0V and the input voltage.
What is a variable resistor?
A resistor with a varying resistance that can be changed.
What is the effect of changing the light level on the resistance of an LDR?
The more light there is, the lower the resistance of the LDR.
What is a potentiometer?
What is internal resistance?
The resistance inside the battery.
What is electromotive force e.m.f.(ϵ)\text{e.m.f.} (\epsilon)e.m.f.(ϵ) ?
The amount of electrical energy the battery produces for each coulomb of charge.
