1. Organizational culture

   The set of shared values and norms that control organizational members’ interactions with each other and with people outside the organization.

2. Values

   General criteria, standards or guiding principles that people use to determine which types of behaviours, events, situations and utcomes are desirable or undesirable.

3. Terminal value

   A desired end state or outcome that people seek to achieve.

4. Instrumental value

   A desired mode of behaviou

5. Norms

   Standards or styles of behaviour that are considered acceptable or typical for a group of people.

6. Property rights

   The rights that an organization gives to its members to receive and use organizational resources.
